Abbotsford is in the Fraser Valley, east of Metro Vancouver toward the Cascade foothills and the U.S. border. It is among B.C.’s largest communities outside Vancouver’s metro core and a centre for agriculture, especially berries and poultry. Mount Baker is often visible to the south.
