About Gaspé

Gaspé is a city at the eastern tip of Quebec’s Gaspé Peninsula, where the York, Dartmouth, and Saint-Jean rivers meet Gaspé Bay toward Forillon National Park. Fishing heritage, a wide bay waterfront, and a role as the peninsula’s eastern service centre define the place. Highway 132 loops through the city. About 15,000 people live in Gaspé.
