About Trois-Rivières

Trois-Rivières sits on the north shore of the St. Lawrence, at the mouth of the Saint-Maurice River, midway between Montréal and Québec. It is one of Canada’s oldest cities and a long-time pulp-and-paper and industrial centre. A compact old town remains along the river. About 140,000 people live in Trois-Rivières.
